Two questions about slings

I have a Huggababy which I used loads with ds1 in cradle position and hip carry
trying to use snuggle position with ds2 (facing me, upright) but the top rail doesn't come high enough up to support his head - he flops about a bit
any ideas?

also have a hug a bub which I have got the hang of wearing in standard carrying position facing me, but how do I then move to a position in which I can bf him?

thanks ladies

Franny, when you are ready to bf in the sling, do you untie it and let you ds drop a few inches lower down your front so that your boob can be at a natural height for him to latch on to? Would this resolve the boob on a plate look? Only asking cause I am small of nork so it isn't an issue for me.

hmm maybe
I have managed to pull t-shirt up last time - was tricky but am practising a lot today in readiness for dp going back to work tomorrow
it exposes dreadful tummy though - think will get out pregnancy belly band thing
god how complex

oh good, glad that was helpful.
i pulled clothes up, not down, and found that the sling plus baby really covered up all the terrible tummy. so the feeding bit was fine. what was definitely harder was the rearranging afterwards, specially reclipping bra etc. but as i said i have teeny boobs.

on the having to move him around to feed, as he gets bigger it'll be easier to feed with him sitting up (tummy to tummy); but anyway I found that I LOVED the cuddly carry anyway, it was just wonderful having this little lying down sleeping poppet on my front, and I could look at his sweet face etc. etc. much much better than the sitting up version, i was really sad when we had to stop cos he just got too long and big.
