I know FOR A FACT that she had the c-section/tummy tuck combo at the Portland (for the last two anyway). Don't know if that makes any difference

LynetteScavo · 17/07/2008 18:01

Sorry, Have just lived through a week of chicken pox whinging.

DarrellRivers · 17/07/2008 18:01

Oblomov · 17/07/2008 18:02

DarrellRivers · 17/07/2008 18:03

She is saving all her clothes for her DD

squeaver · 17/07/2008 18:03

My anesthetist (sp?) when I had my c-section (NOT at the Portland I hasten to add) had assisted during one of them.

DarrellRivers · 17/07/2008 18:03

DarrellRivers · 17/07/2008 18:04

good quality source squeaver

WendyWeber · 17/07/2008 18:04

I saw that too, Darrell - really nice honest comments

MsDemeanor · 17/07/2008 18:05

You can't do a proper tummy tuck after a caesarean. Not possible. And of course you can get pregnant after a tummy tuck. You just might not look very 'tucked' afterwards.
I honestly wonder what people think happens - that women just burst like balloons?

Loriycs · 17/07/2008 18:08

thats not fair to the boy!!! i felt sorry for her last son because soon as she knew she was carrying him she went on about really wanting a girl. poor boy, he'll read about that one day.

Not bad, huh?

litterbug · 17/07/2008 18:10

My friend has 3 lads and was planning to go to spain for gender selection if she ever decided to have a 4th.

Just found out she is pregnant, naturally and by accident... and is already talking baout how 'it wasn't planned but will be worth it if its a girl'

But what if it isn't a girl?

Loriycs · 17/07/2008 18:12

posh will have her designer girl and her designer pram and her designer everything else - and then kids with issues in years to come

squeaver · 17/07/2008 18:13

litterbug - I had a friend in exactly the same position. Had 3 boys, always said "I'll only have another one if I know it'll be a girl, so I'll stop at 3", ended up pregnant. She knew all along it was a boy tho'. Didn't even find out the sex so she could kid herself for 6 months that it might be a girl!

The worst thing was when the baby arrived and everyone looked so sad for her when she told them he was a boy. She was fine about it.

Scotia · 17/07/2008 18:13

Squeaver, I hate myself for posting this because I shouldn't be interested, but wasn't the last one born in Spain?

McDreamy · 17/07/2008 18:17

Cruz was indeed born in Madrid but the other 2 were born at the Portland

ladytophamhatt · 17/07/2008 18:23

what make you think she is?

I have 4 boys and was gutted when I found out No4 was another boy. It was nothing to do with not wanting another boy but almost mourning the little girl I'd never have.

I adored my Ds4 from the moment he arrived and the desire for a girl was nothing in comparison to what I felt for him. Infact the thought about him not being a girl never crossed my mind.
He completed not just our family but me as well. Totally.
God I love him.

Saying that he's an 18 month old menace now so I'm not quite as charmed by him

If she is PG I hope she has a happy hea;lthy pregnancy, the sex of teh baby is irrelevent.

reliable source of information on VB's pregnancy

LadySnotAlot · 17/07/2008 18:48

Reliable snarf!!

Yeah a friend of mine had 4 c-sections. I've had two and my consultant advised not to go as far as having a third or fourth as it's not great healthwise. My Mum's had 3 c-sections. I guess you can have more
