Ballet pumps / shoes that won’t hurt ankles!

Hello. Can anyone recommend some soft ballet pumps that won’t dig into the back of my ankles, please? I can’t be bothered with plasters for weeks of wearing them in.

I’m looking for a pair for work (probably black) and a more casual pair. I just want comfort for my delicate ankles!

I'd look for ones that are elasticated at the back - there are lots around. This sort of thing:

There aren't many sizes left in the various colours, but do a google search for "elasticated leather ballet flats" & you'll find plenty of others. A current fashion is for them to be cut very high on the foot, which I don't especially like, but you may.
