Any way to arrange Vinted parcel collection instead of drop off?

I’ve been buying and selling on EBay for years with 100% feedback. I had a bad stroke a few years ago. I’ve amassed far too many clothes. I thought I’d give Vinted a go and swiftly sold a pair of trainers looking at some of the listings on there I can see why I shifted the trainers so quickly but the postage choices they offer are rubbish.
With EBay I use Royal Mail collection the posties round here know I’m slow getting to the door and will wait. I cannot get out at the moment to drop my parcels off.
Vinted produced a QR code for Relay so it’s a take parcel with QR it gets scanned and off it goes.
I hated doing this but asked neighbour to take it to nearby convenience store , the shop was small, busy, very hot and at first the member of staff didn’t know what to do and called the manager.I’m sure Vinted offer a collection service but I can’t find it.
in a week I could sell a lot of clothing listing is easy and it’s a low bar to outperform other sellers.
Any ideas ?

In your account settings you can select which postage options to offer your buyers. Royal Mail is definitely one of the options so it might just be best to disable all the others!

OK I will try that. I’ve heard Vinted have a contract with Relay though. I’m reducing my clothing and making sure the stuff that remain is easy for me to wear. I intend to look presentable on the rare occasion I go out.
it’s the little things buttons ( but where there are situated ) the lining , will the coat slide on easily
my daughter laced up my shoes , she was fast asleep when I got home. I couldn’t untie laces so I grabbed a pair of meat scissors chopped the shoes open. 🙄😂

I've just looked and you can turn them all on and off including Relay! There is even one called "AnyVan" which says it collects from your address. Just go to Profile -> Settings -> Postage and toggle them on and off :)

I listed another pair of Trainers as a test I can’t see anywhere you can add collection process. I’m sure there is but I’m not keen on the Vinted can override postage if you don’t like it you can cancel sale without any comeback thing .
i had a stroke a few years ago am doing well one thing I’ve learnt is avoid unneccasary complications it uses up too much of my remaining brain bandwidth so I’m sticking with EBay. I’m a bloke I’m not even sure I should be on here but thanks for your advice 🙏🏻

Vinted isn’t easy to navigate!

Go into PROFILE then SETTINGS then POSTAGE then SHIPPING OPTIONS

Also on PROFILE try HELP CENTRE to change settings for shipping.
