Party outfit for my 60th birthday party

Help! I need an outfit for my 60th birthday, evening party.

I'm 5'2''. Have shoulder length blonde (dyed) hair, am size 12, with slim hips and legs, medium sized bust and bit of a tummy. Don't love my upper arms. I'm not good im heels and usually wear flats.

Brands I like include Mint velvet, Reiss, Hobbs, phase 8 and sometimes Zara.

I can't find anything. I want a typical party outfit. Not necessarily a dress, could be trousers and top (partly because I find heels difficult) but hoping to find a dress. I quite like sparkly...

I also like Boden. I hardly ever go shopping so no idea where to look!

I like that dress in the navy, but if you're not fond of your upper arms it could be quite exposing I think.

By the way, this topic doesn't get much traffic so you might not get many replies. I suggest posting in Style and Beauty; there are loads of lovely posters there who really know their stuff and will be able to help you find something fabulous.
