Where can I find heat-reflective curtains for awkward-sized windows that actually work?

Hey all,

So obviously the whole country is melting atm.

I need to find some curtains for my daughter's room that actually do what they're meant to - reflect the heat and try and keep her room slightly cool.

It's worse for her as she's on SSRI's so she's really feeling ill with the heat.

Oh and our windows have weird dimensions. So normally have to search high and low.

Obviously don't think a £10 pair from Amazon will do the job!!

Any ideas?

Dunelm - yes really!
We had 3 sets to buy for one awkward room, so did the research, bit the bullet, and they actually work!

A white sheet on a sprung pole right up against the glass works better than curtains, which trap the heat in the gap and work like radiators. I’ve put pale roller blinds up in my front bedrooms right up against the glass and they stay down until the sun is off them.
