What gifts would you most appreciate for your 30th birthday?

My 30th is coming up and I really don't know what to ask for. People keep on asking me. What presents did you get at a milestone birthday that you really cherished?

My friends bought me a Cocinelle handbag in the softest red leather. I'm now 53 and hardly used the bag for the first 10/15 years (small children time off life)...now it's my absolute favourite bag and I'm having to keep it safe from being pinched by my 17 yr old daughter!

I booked a family holiday to place I’d always dreamed of visiting, wasn’t technically a gift but booking it all myself meant I got what I wanted

Oh I have one and I LOVE it more people should ask for tools for sure!

I’ve just had my 30th and I asked for experiences, rather than physical gifts.

DP treated me to a lovely trip to London, afternoon tea and a theatre show, whilst we were there.

Then, DM completely surprised me by booking a weekend away (just us two), which I’m looking forward to. DM also got me another theatre ticket and some lovely toiletries.

If you can’t think of any ideas at all, you can’t go wrong with money if there’s something in particular you want to save up for, like a holiday etc.
