Where can I buy my small 13 year old a winter coat?

Now it's got colder DS has finally admitted that a)wearing a coat is a good idea and b) the age 11-12 one he had last year does not fit. The problem I'm having is having looked in several shops, they only go up to age 11-12 and the smallest men's size is way too long in the body and arms? What am I missing? Is there anywhere that does bigger kids sizes? Bonus points if they sell something that's not a black puffer jacket (he doesn't really care about wearing what all the cool kids wear and doesn't like that style).

Hopefully someone can help with boys as my knowledge is limited but we moved from H&M kids to size 6 adult around age 13.
