Perfume recommendations - trying to have a (3 year!) postpartum overhaul!

I have let my self go! Time to start looking after myself better, I've not got loads of time or money, so, basic it is. £50 ish budget, can go a bit either side. I've got a new skincare regime which is easy and I can keep it up. When I finish breastfeeding I'll get myself some new clothes. I'm finding a bit of time to exercise, I'd like to do more.

But I'd love to feel nice too! The smell of any perfume used to make me vomit in my first pregnancy years ago so I haven't worn a single thing since. And I wouldn't even know where to start going into perfume shops anymore. No idea what I like (but I know I don't like really strong perfumes anymore, like alien or aromatic elixir). Do people actually wear perfume day to day? I don't go anywhere special but I'd like to smell nice! Any recommendations of either perfumes or where to start please?

Thank you!

I wear perfume every day. Even when I’m not going anywhere. I love -

Chanel Allure
Jo Malone Pear and Freesia
Loewe Cosmic
Dior J’Adore

it’s just a nice feeling when you know you smell delicious 😊

Fort £50 I would suggest

Jo Malone is slightly over but nice fresh scents that last well. Sage and sea salt is my favourite.

Cosmic by Kylie Jenner- my daughter loves it

Zara- all around £20 and “dupes” that last well. I always get compliments when I wear cocoa sunset

M&S have some really nice perfumes at the money if you don’t want to commit - they are 3 x 30ml bottles for £16. I haven’t worn so can’t comment on durability but they are well rated on tool tok

I would go for the m&s collection - really lovely perfumes and a good selection. They smell and look luxurious without the expense. A good way to get back into perfumes
