Liquid eyeliner for cack-handed mumsnetter with hooded eyes

Can anyone recommend a black liquid liner that's really easy to apply and dries quickly so I don't get an extra line printing further up when I open my eyes. Currently using the Collection one, and it's not too hard to apply but takes forever to dry so I end up with panda eyes... I've tried the MAC one, and it wasn't too bad but a bit fiddly to put on.

Don't want to spend a fortune but doesn't have to be super cheap

I have hooded eyes and I find tight lining easier (drawing a line under the eyelashes rather than above them) as no smudging. Obviously not an option if you like a cat eye though! I just use a Rimmel waterproof liquid liner.

I have hooded eyes and prefer the pen ones.

I use the Maybelline Hyper Precise All Day.
