Buggies for short people - 104cm handle height options?

I'm only 5ft and I need a new buggy as my DD (another post) finds it too slumped. So far all other buggies I've researched that are more upright have too high a handle height of 107cm - help!

I've got a Stokke Xplory and I'm 5' and DH is 5' 10" and we can both push it with comfort. It is pricy, but worth every penny my Ma spent on it

what's your budget?

I have a bugaboo frog - absolutely fab
graco citisport and graco mirage - again fab
Most pushchairs with a bar are lower

Looking for a cheap, lightweight buggy really as hoping that a double buggy will be required in the not too distant future and I do have an icandy but its too heavy to push with one hand if my toddler wants to walk.

graco citisport are usually £50 new on ebay, you may find a maclaren volo/triumph okay heightwise
