HELP. Sofa for tricky access

We have just moved and our sofas are unable to fit our new house. Can anyone reccomend good quality sofas that are able to come apart to fit in an old house with limited access? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

We had this problem in a previous house.
We ended up having to just stick with small corner sofas and the sofa in a box . Both fine and comfortable.
But I love big sofas with the cushions attached

sofa.com have several models that come apart. Good quality.

So you need a modular sofa. Then you need to know the access size and the smallest part of the module.
We used to have a sofa from Nabru. Build it yourself sofas. Came completely apart. It was a fantastic huge corner sofa we had for 15 years and when I tried to replace it with similar last year I was sad to see they’ve gone out of business. I only got rid because it was too big. 😕
So you could look for a Nabru on eBay.

Otherwise is there another access point? I live on an estate of town houses and the access to the first floor living rooms is very tight. Most of us get the sofas lifted over the balconies we have and through the patio doors.

We have just been in this postion, i went to a sofa outlet so unfortunately mine didnt have a brand name advertised on it but the guy in the sofa place said most of the L shaped and reclining ones come in pieces. When they arrived all the bases and backs came completely seperate and fit absolutely fine through our doors! Very easy to put back up and sturdy enough to sit on atleast!
