Frustrating time having bought Peter Storm walking shoes on which the heals are falling apart in less than 6 months. Millets online allow returns for just about anything but the fact that the products are not of reasonable quality.

Have you contacted customer service?

I'd contact customer services

Take them back to a shop and show them. I did that with a tent that leaked and obviously we'd taken it away on a week long holiday. They fully refunded.

Thanks for the suggestions. Contacting customer care is certainly not made easy. Will resort to the phone number 😟

After 45 mins got through to Alex of ReBound, the company that handles customer care for Millets. Sent a few photos and Alex advised that the company would want to assess the shoes for manufacturing fault; been here before recently with a mattress and it didn’t end well for the retailer. So they have been sent off to ReBound and I wait.

as a PS, I went to put a review of the Peter Storm shoes on the Millets website and Hey Ho, someone had beat me to it except his heels didn’t last 3 months.

conclusion, if you have plenty of time to spare and enjoy frustration then buy a pair of peter storm walking shoes online from millets.
