Any ideas where I can find this festival cardigan?

My friend fell in love with this cardigan at a festival last year. I’d like to buy it for her as a birthday gift. I have searched and searched but can’t find it. there are some similarish items on Etsy in excess of £150, I’m sure the original was £35! Does anyone know of any online shops i might try? Thank you!!

It looks like the photo was taken at a stall selling these. I doubt you'll find the same one. Searching for "shaggy wool fringe cardigan" got me some fabulous results at well over £150, even for vintage. This is rather spectacular:
