What top should I wear with this skirt?

Bought this skirt from Zara and love it but can’t find a top to go with it. Please help!
Im 5ft nothing, size 6 BUT with 28GG bra. I need a top that will cover bra straps but won’t swamp me. I like the idea of a v neck cobalt blue cotton knitted vest but can’t find anything.

Thank you. Sorry I didn’t reply before but I didn’t get any notifications. It’s a nice top but a bit too turquoise for the colours in the skirt
