I'm searching for a pushchair and love the look of the infinity, but I'm confused on websites it says it's suitable from birth but whenever I've heard people talk about it on MN they say only from 6 months.

DS is 12 weeks (Very large though already 20 pounds) so I don't want to use a carry cot or car seat with. Would he be ok in the seat with it reclined.

Anyone used the seat itself from birth?

it's a bucket seat so even though the back bit lies flat their legs will be up in the air. new european regulations suggest it should only be used from 6 months.

I had the Infinity for DS3 from birth (had the carry cot) but he got too big so I put in the chair reclined from about 2 1/2 months IIRC.

Hmmm think I may get one anyway, he really is quite big (wearing 6-9 month clothing) so a carrycot would be waste of time.

I guess if he's not ok in the bucket seat I can just wait a couple of months to use it.
