Looking for Alternatives to Diamond Earrings on a Budget – Any Suggestions?

I’ve been really wanting a pair of circular diamond earrings for a while, but honestly, the price is just too much for me right now. I’ve looked into some alternatives, but I’m not keen on cubic zirconia – it’s just not the same for me, and I’m hoping to find something a bit more special. I don’t mind if it’s not diamonds as long as it has a similar sparkle and looks high-quality. My budget is around £50, so I’m wondering if anyone’s found a good alternative that doesn’t break the bank but still has that elegant feel? I’m really after something that will last and look great with pretty much everything I wear.

I think Moissanite would be your best bet if you’re not going for diamonds. It has that beautiful sparkle, very similar to diamonds, but without the crazy price tag. It’s much better than cubic zirconia, which can look a bit plasticky in comparison. Moissanite is a lot more durable, so it’ll hold up well over time too. If you’re after something that still looks really elegant and classy but without spending a fortune, this is the way to go. I’d say it’s definitely worth considering!

Moissanite seems to be the general consensus I did see a lot about it online too when i was researching. Where can I get it from as a lot of the sites are out of my budget?

Etsy is your best bet as some of the high street stores have ridiculous marks ups on it, I had a look at the Etsy link the previous commenter posted and that actually looks to be a good quality certified pair set in sterling silver and the price is very fair. Make sure when your looking through Etsy to check they are certified and that they are set in a good quality material ie gold, sterling silver etc as an expensive stone being set in something like alloy or stainless steel is always a bit of a red flag.

I have some gorgeous Swarovski crystal earrings that are stunning. They sparkle so much! Not sure the price though as they were a gift.
