Hoovers give me your thoughts please.

So I have an lg compressor which is currently crapola, the copressor bit inside it has roken and the brush bit in the head wont turn round properly anymore, the damn thing is less than a year old too.
Anyhoo it works ok on the hard floors of my house but is utter shite on the carpets and rugs.
I have a golden retriever too so lots of pet hair to deal with.
I was thinking of the vax but really that just cos ive seen it on telly.

Isn't anyone going to ask how hoovers are supposed to post?

I like my Bosch & have had Bad Experiences with Panasonic.

If I spent as much time doing housework as I do on MN I might have spent £££ on a Miele instead of on my new laptop - as it is, no contest....

I'll have you know that hoovers are bloody clever these days, just think about Whooosh's sebo with its on board computer-So yes it may have been slightly optomistic to ask the hoovers of the world to talk to me about their pros and cons it was i tell you in good faith!

In the interests of accuracy, I feel I should say that "Hoover" is a brand name and you actually want to know about "Vacuum cleaners."

We've got an old Dyson thingy. It hoovers up a treat. I mean vacuums up a treat. Get one.

I have a Miele and it's fab. It cost me £120 with free delivery.

Not that expensive really - much cheaper than a Dyson and about a squillion times more reliable.
