If she likes art deco, would she be happy with a genuine vintage art deco piece? There are some vintage sellers on Etsy and EBay with amazing jewellery.
I would personally prefer a vintage piece, rather than a brand new in the style of, but I know not every one likes ‘used’ items.

I’d go to actual jewellers for second hand / vintage. I got a stunning ruby ring (art deco) from one locally and I love it. Was really nice to be able to try things on and see them in real life.
