How can I get Shopify --to fuck-- off EVERYTHING?

Please help.
Somehow, when distracted, I managed to sign into Shopify when buying something online. And now on loads of websites, before I have even chosen my payment method I get a text from bloody SHOPIFY asking me to confirm my ID.

How the holy F do I get rid of this?
It's on my laptop and on my phone and I can't find an account to unsubscribe or block or de-register. It is insidiuous.

I've had this a bit too. I actually think some companies might use it as their default checkout method? As on one recently there didn't seem to be any other option

As PP users have said some companies use it as a checkout/payment method, so you may be seeing it for that reason, not because you have signed in. I hate it too, I accidentally used it once, and after that I hated it.

Go to the app -> sign in -> Settings -> Data & Privacy -> delete account.
Then delete the app.

That's the thing - I don't have an app. I've searched my phone and computer and there's nothing there.
It sends the text, I close the Shopify window and pay as I would have.
It's just highly annoying that it texts me AND messes about on the screen I'm on 😞
