Have you ever had to provide photo ID to Evri to settle a claim?

Ordered a box online through Lookiero, so legit business. Chose to be delivered to my nearby post office.
Evri notification came in that it was there, I went in twice to be told it definitely wasn’t there.
Raised with Lookiero, they sent an email saying courier confirmed lost and refunded me.
Thought all was well until 2 weeks later I got another email saying if I don’t print and sign a claim form for Evri and send a scan of both sides of photo ID, they’re assuming I received it and charging me for all 5 pieces of clothing.
Obviously I replied saying how can you do that when you already confirmed it was lost and refunded me the tenner I paid for the initial service? I don’t have regular access to a printer so it’s a faff.
Anyway they’ve come back again saying I have 2 days to do it or they’re charging me.

I’m obviously raging - it’s my first time ever trying them and I didn’t even love the pieces they were sending from the images so I’ll be kicking off if they try and charge me given I never received them. I’ll go to the library and print out the sodding form. But my main concern is do I really have to share a photocopy of my ID?! It seems dodgy and I don’t like it…

Anyone had this before?

Goes without saying I’ll be deleting my account with them once resolved after this shoddy service.
