For anyone that's looking they are called "Houdini Stop" (at least the car seat one is).

I think they were banned as the emergency services couldn't remove the DC from cars.

I have one if anyones wants to buy it, Id like £8 as its brand new but unfortunately although it worked, my daughter has figured out how to release the actual carseat button
