Outfit for celebration of life

I need a suitable outfit for a celebration of life - so not black/funereal but not weddingy either. Need sleeves and size 16 - ideally not high neck. Any ideas?

The last time I went to a celebration of life I wore a dress similar to this. I think the blue/brown colour combo is flattering for most people and I like the long sleeves. I wore a vest top underneath (for added warmth). This one is from Next Clearance (but it is in a size 16).
