Refillable notebooks with dividers to organise my life

I feel this belongs in a 'stationery' topic but there doesn't seem to be one...

Every year or two, I buy an A5 notebook with dividers which I always use in the same way with sections for eg. meal planning/shopping lists, projects, to do lists etc. But some sections get used up quickly and others remain half used.

I'd really like to buy an organiser with refills and moveable dividers so I can customise it and not end up wasting paper. The obvious one is Filofax but I don't really like them and they feel a bit clunky / dated. I'm sure there are other options around - recommendations please?

I've got a lovely filofax, leather and brightly coloured. There's loads of lovely refills on etsy, and beautiful dividers/tabs/accessories.

Pukka pads. You can move the plastic pockets that act as dividers and have a tab on them.

Do have a look at filofax as they have branched out a lot and have far more notebook type offerings like this one.

I use a Filofax notebook which is different to the more traditional folders, much less chunky but still refillable and you can buy dividers as needed. Comes in A4 or A5 versions.

I was coming here to say Filofax! I still have mine somewhere, I haven't used it for ages, but it was brilliant. Like an analogue version of a smart phone.

You can still get organisers like this including filofax but also more flexible desk organisers in various sizes.
