Gift ideas for girlie girl in year 7

Hi,
My niece started secondary school in September. She’s in year 7 and is soon to be 12.

I really want to get her some gifts she will love but I’m not ‘down with the kids!’ Does anyone know what’s cool/in fashion?.

She has sensitive skin so nothing body cream/bath bombs or facemasks please.

I would like to get her some basic make up bits and some fashionable clothes but I have no idea where to start?!

any help would be greatly appreciated.

My niece since the age of 12 is massively into skincare. Brands that I’ve never heard of and would never spend on myself - but she goes crazy for laneige lip balms - I think they are tinted too so have a bit of a small tint.

and apparently the drunk elephant lippe balm is great too. But be prepared for these to be expensive! Back in the day I would have loved something from body shop at that age!

Oh and she seemed very excited about a hoodie from something like.. white fox? I will need to google and check that one!

Go on Etsy. They have some lovely bedroom lamps that project stars or just different patterns around the room. Also have heads of random ideas
