Pyjamas for 14 year old who is almost 5f9 help

I was looking for some comfortable cheapish PJ's. But I can't find ANY other than Long tall sally which are over £30! She's quite young for her age so doesn't want anything low cut, sexy, tight. All about comfort. Flannel pyjamas would be great maybe? ASOS and Boohoo don't have anything much. Next is expensive. Any other suggestions?

I am 5'8.5" and i hjave a couple of pairs of Primark Pjs which are too long in the leg.

I have actually been really impressed with them, they have washed and lasted well.

I am 5 foot 9 and have loads of pyjamas from primark. Long sleeved long legged. I don't think 5 foot 9 is that tall?!

This. I have the jersey type ones they do constantly and they still have length on the bottom even after being slung in tumble drier etc

steppemum · 22/11/2024 19:09

Just seen others recommend Primark.
Soft jersey are the ones I have.

Mine are honestly so long. I don't knwo how anyone of average height wears them

She's actually just shy of 5ft10. Almost 6ft. My brain isn't braining. I'll have a look next time I visit. Wish we could order online from them. I might see if there is anything on eBay tonight thank you

I’m confused, 5 foot 9 is almost 6foot ?

GargoylesofBeelzebub · 22/11/2024 19:10

5'10" is not "almost 6'"

kaos2 · 22/11/2024 19:11

Next do size 6 tall which would probably fit if she is slim or adult sized there after

Singleandproud · 22/11/2024 19:11

Jersey boyfriend these Primark PJs are DDs favourite, they come in many styles and are super soft. I generally hate Primark and only drag myself through the horrible busy store to pick DD up some new pairs.

I have the TU ones in a different print and they are great. I’m 5’8 and there’s plenty of length on them.

I think the point is OP, 5”9 isn’t that tall in the grand scheme of things so most places will be ok. Tall specific clothing for women is usually 5”10-5”11 and over

Going to look for some on eBay/vinted as I unfortunately don't live near a Primark!

They look very nice thank you. Primark seems to be the go to suggestion!

Tkmaxx have some really nice pyjamas at the moment, I think Newlook do a tall range so they'd be worth a look.

measure her and see where she sits on the adult sizes - my 5 ft 8 daughter we used to buy size 6 from around age 14

We usually buy ladies size 8-10 for her. If I remember right her leg length is 33 inches or thereabouts. We struggled with school trousers as long length was 31 inches and that was too short. Something like that. I need to measure her and write it all down I think 🙈

My 14yo DS is 6ft4 and built like a Viking. He's out of many high street stores altogether now. Buying clothes for a massive teen is hard. Not helpful on the PJ front, but I feel you OP.
