Anyone got a Dreami with raincover - why is there a huge hole in it?

Hi, I have just bought a Quinny freestyle which came with a Dreami carrycot and raincover. Eventually managed to get the raincover on and there's a big hole which will let in loads of rain especially if it's windy. Now, have I got an old model and it's been improved or what?

I have the buzz 07, and wondered why they have the hole (probally 2 get to baby easier) I must admit its the most stupidest idea ever as my dd used to get soaked. poor bubba

I've got the Dreami for my freestyle and I've found that the baby never actually gets wet, even in a downpour. I'm glad of the large hole because I always forget to take the raincover off when I go inside a shop and without it the baby would suffocate
