I don’t live near a Planet Organic, but understand their brand, and that they are in expensive/middle class areas of London - last night there was a piece about the rise in shoplifting in all areas and by all types. The manager of a Planet Organic was interviewed and referred to his customers as Posh Totty!! Not sure that will win the new customers. Especially as he then went on to act the expression on said customers face as they slyly shop lift some cherries (because even they run out of money at the end of the month) or something like that! Bizarre and sexist?
