As the title says, I am having trouble finding anything that is my style and also fits me. If I had to describe my personal style, it would be University librarian who probably grows mushrooms and reads old mystery novels. Or dowdy preacher’s wife who dips candles and makes stained glass. I’m a minimalist with limited closet space, a “beige mom” in internet terms. It’s quite difficult to find my style in my size. Everything I love is in the plus section. I’ve gone as far as to purchase an XL in the past and just have it taken in, but it doesn’t work as well with slacks as with skirts and dresses. I’ve been known to just shop in the M&S school uniform section to find clothes I’d like to wear.
Any recommendations for places that sell my style in smaller sizes would be very much appreciated!
