How to contact GLTC (Great Little Trading Company)

My mum ordered a play tent for my daughter from the Great Little Trading Company on the 26th November but it hasn't arrived. She received an email confirmation of the order. I'm trying to follow-up with GLTC as it's my daughter's birthday tomorrow but they haven't replied to emails and their telephone number (03448486000) just says that, "the destination number is not accepting calls." Any ideas how to get hold of them? Thanks!

I'm sorry I can't be of help but we have also had the same problem....
my mum ordered the market stall + till on the 21st of November, the till has arrived but no market stall. She has emailed them and received a generic email basically saying they are expecting stock on the 18th of December of a certain list of items (basically all the big toys)

I am appaled that they have been happy to take money without having the stock

Hi - I have a similar issue. Ordered an item on 19/12, received confirmation email, money was taken but not heard anything since. Chased via email on 03/01 and today, no response. Can’t find anything online to say they’ve gone into Administrarion though?

Hi - I have bought a desk, chair and storage unit for my little girl this week and tried to contact them to find out when it will be delivered. But, had no luck with the customer services number and then this thread came up when I was looking for an alternative number. Did you manage to get hold of them? Did any of you recieve your goods? I am also appalled they are taking people's money, when they have possibly gone into administration. My little girl is going to be devastated! Thanks - CasaMumma

So they haven’t responded to
two emails I’ve sent so I’ve sent them a DM on Instagram and Tweeted them, asking what is happening and have they gone into Administration. Will let you know if I hear anything. As you say, they need to stop
taking orders and money immediately if they can’t fulfil these, really poor.

Hi. I rang joshua Cryer from the company who bought them in September. It was then sold to another company and allowed to keep trading. Joshua gaveme the new boss's email. She is called Louise Allen. Her email is:
[email protected]

I emailed her and she emailed back to say she would contact customer services for me and if I don't hear a reply I should contact her again. Fingers crossed.

So just an update from my earlier post....

we received an email to say that we would be getting our item on the 20th, to then get an email on the 19th to say they wouldn't be able to send it and we're issuing a refund.
things might have settled since Christmas but I doubt it unfortunately

BilboBaggins1987 · 09/01/2024 18:22

Thanks, this is helpful. I’ll contact Louise to see if I can get an answer.

So they’re under new ownership, not administration? Doesn’t sound like they’ll last long at this rate

hastalavista · 10/01/2024 13:20

Got an email today saying they dont have enough stock and have cancelled and refunded my order.

BilboBaggins1987 · 10/01/2024 22:22

So I finally received a reply from their [email protected] email:

“We have recently moved warehouses and the new system had some technical issues. We’ve been working hard to fix the issue, identify any orders that have experienced the problem, and all hands are on deck now to resolve this and clear the backlog.

I have found your order and pushed this through this system, it's now on a 48 hour Royal Mail Service and you will receive your order in the next 5-7 working days.”

I had also emailed Louise (email in a previous post) so not sure if that prompted the reply. Seems to be some mixed messages from them atm. I’ll let you know if my delivery arrives.
