Confused needs help! Maxi cosi cabrio or maxi cosi citi car seat

HI, I haven't got Isofix in my car so is there any difference in the safety aspects of the above car seats? I would be fitting them just using the normal seat belt. Thanks

i think the cabrio might have side impact and it is a newer design but not much in it imo
