I am so frustrated with DPD.
I work from home, in all day, four minutes before the end of an hour delivery slot I get a ''sorry we missed you'' email, informing me that the package will now be rerouted to A Pickup point 14 miles away!
I don't drive, there is no direct bus or train route, so I cannot pick up.
And it seems impossible to contact a person at DPD - the local depot phone just rings out.
I have contacted the retailer - waiting to hear back - but am wondering who is responsible for not receiving the package?
Especially as it is now on the way to an inaccessible for me pickup point, rather than my home address?
