Thinking about setting up a online supermarket focused on high quality produce

Me and my partner have been trying to buy the majority of our groceries from independents for the past few months now and it is becoming a major hassle having to travel to all the different shops. I want to support my local producers and do really rate the quality over supermarkets but need something more convenient.
It's got us thinking that an online store where you can buy all the same sort of produce in one place and have it delivered to your door would solve this problem and be a great service. But obviously we don't know if it's just us and so would like to know if other people would find that kind of product attractive.

What do you guys think? Is it something you'd be interested in? If so any ideas on what would matter to you when using it would also be very valuable.

For online shopping, there are lots of online stores like amazon, or electronics stores smbom, and nowadays it becomes more and more convenient to buy things we like online. I love receiving products without having to leave the house.
