Hi all, I haven't' shopped off this site before but was recommended to as YS gets bad eczema. I registered and was given a discount code. HOWEVER...no option to enter it at all? I have messaged, both social media and e mail and chat, and phoned. I had one reply which didn't help (they told me where it was and it wasn't ..not on my screen or mobile..and DH tried too..and he works in PC s) Can anyone help...it's not cheap stuff, they've had all my details in return for a discount code and now I CAN'T USE IT!! Thank you
