I'd like to buy my husband a footstool - romantic eh its been a standing joke for several years that he wants one and I don't so I thought I'd finally treat him. BUT, everywhere I look they are made to order and will take up to 8 weeks to deliver, . So do any of you wise MN's have any idea where I might be able to get one in stock.

one here in next or they also have a more traditional looking one if you do a search

Thanks furball, that looks good - but even that will take 2 weeks to deliver - and the other next footstools will take 8 weeks. I'll keep trying for a couple of days, otherwise I'll order that - better late than never...

or ring the store and ask if they can order it in for you - that may be a quicker way

Went in to next, thanks furball, but they couldn't do any better on delivery. Am going to pop into woolies tomorrow and see that one, its difficult to gauge what its like online - but then again for £7.50!! A friend has also suggested 'au naturele' I think its called and there's one 5 minutes drive away - am more hopeful I'll find one. Thanks for your help
