What to buy a fussy friend for her 55th birthday?

Dilema! The only jewels she will wear is Pandora (groan)!
She is not interested in flowers, plants - so buying a pot plant is out of the question.
She has 100s of scarves and doesnt need anymore. Sadly, she focuses on brand names only.
I'm looking to buy something £20-30 and taking her out to dinner.

Any ideas for a gift for someone who has everything and is too picky?

I'm actually starting a business finding gifts for people so let me know what you think of this idea:

Why not put a scarf drawer storage unit in a beautiful decorative box. The scarf storage units are only £6 and you can find boxes anywhere for whatever price you want to spend.

She'll have a thoughtful gift that no one will have thought to get her and if you decorate the box yourself a bit (I mean as in paint her name on it or spray with transparent glitter, that kind) it can personalised.
