Is this a scam on marketplace? Photo included.

I've had this a number of times. I post something for sale, then I get a message from someone saying is it the same as this and then they post a link.

Obviously I don't click on the link but what's going on here? Where's the scam?

Sometimes viruses are embedded in the links. Thats the scam part, its unseen and not immediately noticeable. It might be a keylogger, might be a ransomware, might be looking for your banking details, might be sending scam emails or texts to all your contacts, might be collecting all your data and/or logins. That's why you don't click on them at all.
