These majority of these items have previously already been reduced by 50% so the "was" price on the website is misleading. I only know as I have a copy of the catalogue and from the stuff I have already ordered and received which has the original price on. There's loads more bargains to be had by just browsing through the different sections although it's very time consuming.

Code PCDA FZ2 gives free p&p and you can return goods free of charge to M&S.

Also, a link on www.linemypocket.co.uk gives first time customers £10 off a £50 spend.

Any of you manage to get yourselves a bargain? I received a parcel yesterday with:

T368616 Chenille twist cube (which is in fact a bean bag and will be great in DS's room). Label on it says £50, I paid £12.

T342015C Stirfry pan. Label = £22, paid £5.

entered the code for free p and p but it just said it written on my order confirmation it hadn't actually been taken off. Oh well 11.50 for an m and s bathrobe is still a good price!!

katzguk, did it say it recognised the promotional code? When you get your confirmation email, check if you've been charged for p&p. If you have, ring customer services, tell them you entered a valid promotional code and they will refund the £3.50. I've done this loads of times.

BTW, that bathrobe looks great; think will get one for DS too. If it's £8 in the sale it was probably £32 full price.

JoolsToo, they are not advertising the sale stuff, it's all hidden in the website. You have to have a rummage.

I bought a blue one. Wish I'd also bought one in cream but they've sold out now. I haven't ordered anything since last week so perhaps the p&p code has expired.

i'm not bothered about the free p and p, just debating over the cube in blue and maybe the tabletop wok as christmas presents

i got L-X size, am hoping it'll fit someone.

just that if a i had enetered a valid code then the order about would reflect it but the p and p was still included.

i assumed L-X was extra large and decided that a bathrobe should be big!!
