Anyone know of a good meat grinder?

MIL has old fashioned crank handle type (to mince meat up) but it is getting knackered and is harder for her to crank.
Anyone know of a good one, possibly electric?

Not sure about food processor, because it doesn't mince meat up in same way. Or does it?

My DH has an electric one which minces meat and bone, so must be a good one. Will find out what make it is
