Has anyone got a Bose Wave music system? Are they any good?

That's it really. Thinking of getting one as my and dh's present to each other, but it would be good to have some personal recommendations from someone who's used one.

we have a Bose wave radio/cd player in our bedroom. We wake up to it every morning. We like it

we looked at them but if I recall correctly you couldn't adjust the the bass/treble etc
we bought a similar thing from creative instead
