Help! I can't fold up my buggy and we're going on holiday tomorrow...

I've got a cheap folding buggy that was last used over a year ago. I got it out of the garage today to give it a quick clean before setting off for the airport. I now can't remember how to fold it up & it has well & truly beaten me.
Haven't got the instructions as I bought it for a fiver from a car boot!

It is a Scallywags pushchair, and is pretty much the same as the most basic, cheapest ones that you get from Mothercare, etc. There is a small handle at the back of the pushchair, which you pull up, but I can't remember what else to do.

Does anyone have one like this & would be able to give me some tips???

Is there a little peddle type thing on one side? If so stamp on that. Sometimes you have to sort of knee the buggy seat to get it to fold.

I think you push that handle bit up and in towards you with your foot whilst pushing the handles forwards and inwards, I think.

you maybe have to pull up the handle and press your foot on a small lever at the side while pushing the buggy handles forward

It's still not happening!!!

The buggy handles have deffo got to go forwards, but I can't get them to budge. There doesn't seem to be a small lever on the side.

I'll have to hope I get some inspiration in the morning, (we leave at half eight!!).

I would think it is just a case of pulling up handle and folding forwards. There can sometimes be a nack to folding forwards - you kind of also need to allow the handles to move towards each other as well (i.e. make the puschair narrower).

Minus buggy board obviously!!!

If it is you need to lift the middle handle (with your foot) as you have said. Then can you see the handle on teh right hand side of hte buggy. In hte pic it is in front of the red catch of the buugy board. You need to put you foot onto this and push down as you push hte handles forwards.

Yes, there is a little thing on the right hand side of the buggy & it has worked!
