Can you recommend a book about pregnancy/birth for a 7ish year old?

I am pregnant for the third time and my eldest will be 7 when the baby is born. All the books I already have about becoming a big brother (from last time) are way to young for him now (though will be fine for myyounger son). I need something to answer his inevitable questions about babies at a level appropriate to him. Does such a thing exist?

Do you think he might be old enough to look at your pregnancy books/magazines with you so you can explain? My dd is 4.5 and I showed her the different stages from my books when I was pregnant with ds.

Yes, probably, but I was hoping there was something aaimed at his age.
