Um, they're neither good nor bad. Useful comment I know

I use AOL broadband and found no problems.

I have had some technical problems and their call centre is very good, although it does go to Bangladesh in the evenings. I don't know how much I'll be charged for that however, but they did fix the problem for me and knew what they were talking about.

I've had no problems with them at all.

always been on aol and had no problems (in fact on a great deal broadband for life for £9.99 per month!)

wordgirl · 14/11/2007 19:43

I have been with them for about 7 years now and never had a problem. I looked into the free laptop thing but it was going to cost quite a bit more than I pay now per month. It says from £19.99 in the advert but they were going to charge me £29.99 (something technical to do with exchanges or summat)
