Purchased a Carrera Vulcan bike and maintenance contract from the Farnborough shop. After 3 rides a pedal fell off. Took it back to the shop, only to be told by the manager (Holly) that they don't stock parts! I was advised to buy the part from Amazon; the shop would then fit it and refund the cost. Riddiculus. I requested a full refund, which totally confused the shop assistant Reece, who claimed the til was playing up!
