Which is the best bugaboo? Cam, gecko or original Frog????

Pros and cons of each please?

i hav had a gecko and a frog and looked at the cameleon (which i think is def heavier than the gecko but not sure about frog) but i didnt like the fleece on the cameleon but i believe now you can buy canvas covers

personally i prefered the frog as it had the bumper bar which i thnk is nicer for a small baby - and more colour choice also the seat was roomier- ut there's not loads of difference

oh one thing i suppose with the gecko is that the seat frame is all exposed metal and cos you have remove it to collapse the pushchair you might find that it gets scratched where as the frog and the gecko's are both covered in that plastciy foam stuff

but then if you are tall the cam's handle is extendable

now i really want one again but dd is two

Thanks for the reply. So the gecko and frog fold up exactly the same etc? How is the height of the handle of the frog and gecko? I am 5ft.

I have a frog and am 5' and find it fine as does dh who is 6'3"

I know of some MNers who preferred the frog to the cam because of where the brake lever is and because the frog felt sturdier.

i'm 5foot 2 and found that the frog ans gecko were fine for me too

imo bugaboo is a premium brand a good pram.i had a quionny and it was rubbish - rickety, unstable, shoddy made
