Wondering about getting ds some proper small lego for Christmas. He's 4.5 and still enjoys his duplo but quite a few of his friends are into the smaller stuff.
What's the best way to start? A big box of bricks? A themed set? Do they ever actually make what's on the box or is he far too wee for this? Don't all the bits just end up together or do you need to keep sets separate?
The bits he enjoys playing with most in the duplo he has are the figures and the vehicles. Can you buy these by themselves (smaller size))? Where's best to buy from?
