Skoda fabia Estate - room for car seats?

Anyone got a fabia Estate, and do you find the back seats have enough room for kids car seats? We are considering getting one, but my sister sold hers for this reason and I can't decide if she was being unreasonable!

2 or 3 car seats?

Just 2. My sister only had 1! I think she meant leg room. But am thinking she's probably crackers?!

Perhaps she means that the seats in front need to be pushed forward to get the leg on the seat base down. If in doubt take your seat to the dealer with you but I cant see it being an issue. I have put a car seat in a smaller car than that.

However with 2 I would be more concerned at the boot space and probably tending towards the next size up. I think its called the Octavia.

We have a Å KODA kodiaq and one of the main reasons we got it was because we could fit our car seats in the back.

We are a tall family and the issue for us was, in order to get husband's seat far enough back for him to drive, we couldn't have a big car seat in the back. Our son has a lightweight booster type seat and even then, his long legs didn't have much room

That makes sense re the seat leg and getting seat pushed back. We're still in seat with a base and leg stage for dc2. We were thinking bigger originally but so many fabias out there are a lower price, just thought had we been too hasty to rule out out.
