I was always told you get a child shoes when they can walk 20 steps

But which category does anyone know?
Cruising or first walking shoes?

I was told to get shoes when they had been walking independently for 6 weeks. 20 steps is very little really

I got my son shoes when I was going to be putting him on the ground outside to walk... which was probably only a few steps here and there.

Cruisers will have a flexible sole and rubber over the toe so they don't get too ruined if they're crawling around in them. Don't know what crawling shoes are but they sound a bit redundant.

Cruising shoes will be good

Cruising shoes and use them for as long as you can, far better for their feet than proper walking shoes.

Also their doodles are better than walking shoes because they are more flexible. Bare feet is best of all!
