Would you recommend the Boots no7 skincare range?

They're 3 for 2 just now & have been eyeing up the serum, day cream & night cream. I have pretty crap skin (patchy, dry, flaky, oily and spotty all at once - I have rosacea) & would love to find something that'll help tackle at least some of the above but even at 3 for 2 I'd still be looking at over £30 & don't want to pay that much to find they're rubbish. Boots don't do trial sizes so can anyone recommend them?

TIA

Don't know about the serum, but I switched from expensive Lancome products to No 7 day and night cream and my skin actually improved. So yes, I'd rate 'em.

Incidentally, I have been known to take tiny pots (old film canisters actually) into Boots, and ask nicely and take my own mini-samples away to try, and no-one has even complained. So long as you don't empty the pot! - just take enough for three or four applications!

I used one of their serums in the run up to my wedding. It wasn't the anti-ageing one but I can't remember what it was called and I think they've renamed it anyway. It was the one for skin which is old enough to know better than to have spots but still does. It was very good! I like it a lot, did the trick and felt quite luxurious. Think mosturiser is ok though don;t really use it myself.

I have dodgy skin, still get break outs at 39 but their day cream is great for me. My skin can be sensitive as are my eyes to creams but fine with theirs which I use daily.
