Sonos making their older products obsolete - this will cost a fortune (and their reputation) Think twice before you buy Sonos!

Today I received an email from Sonos. My older connect amp and bridge are going to be unsupported from May. It will cost £500 to replace them. And as they are part of a wider system, if I continue to use them then no upgrades will be possible.

There is utter outrage on Twitter about this at #sonos. They don't have to do this. It's a money spinning exercise. Some people have only had things a couple of years due to them being older stock and they are receiving the same email.

Watch out people, don't buy Sonos, they will do it to you too sooner or later!

Oh and to add insult to injury you aren't allowed to sell on your older products, you have put them into recycle mode and take them to be broken down!
